Application Sequence
- Calibrate and set the distributer to the application rate as determined by the design process
- Prepare the surfacing using surface preparation guidelines
- Apply rejuvenating fog seal, closely adhering to guidelines
- Open the road to traffic when the sealer has sufficiently cured.
Application Guidelines
Ring Test Kit. The small plastic vial is scribed with marks equivalent to 0.10 and 0.20 gal/sq yd when applied to the 6” diameter circle.
- Ring test kit as shown in Figure 1 may be used to determine application rate.
- Sprayer and scale kit as shown in Figure 2 can be also used.
